Brian Schneider M.S., BSN RN

    Brian Schneider M.S., BSN.R.N is a Natural Body Builder, Personal Trainer, who is a Master’s prepared Nutritionist. He attended the University of Wisconsin Stout where he played ice hockey while earning his bachelor’s degree in nutrition, and went on to graduate with his Master’s Degree in Nutrition. His training includes post Masters Internship in Clinical Nutrition, at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. With an extensive background in health and wellness, Brian worked 7 years as a Registered Dietitian, where he put together meal plans for compromised healthcare patients. He was a Certified Diabetic Educator, and worked with various Physicians at Weight Loss Clinics, counseling obese patients, and provided associated health risk management. Brian has been a Registered Nurse for over 23 years, with a background in Cardiac and Critical Care nursing. He served as a Nursing Instructor, lecturing in Nutrition, to nursing students, at Gateway Community College located in Racine, Wisconsin. As a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist he has worked with professional athletes, competitive body builders, physicians, and other individuals looking to improve their overall health and performance through diet and lifestyle.


A native of Racine, Wisconsin; Brian has been a competitive Body Builder for nearly 40 years. He began his career in body building at the age of 18, in 1976. In 1977, he won his first Championship as Mr. Teen Wisconsin. Throughout his career he has competed in multiple Natural Body Building Competitions where he has either won or has finished in the top 5 percent. Some of Brian’s achievements include winning 2001 Masters Mr. Wisconsin Natural Body Building Champion, Mr. Wisconsin State Fair, and Mr. Wisconsin Summer fest in 2001. He currently serves as a judge and coach in Natural Body Builder contests.


Brian Schneider is a dedicated advocate for health and fitness in both his personal life and professional career. His philosophy is “Your true wealth is your health”. He plans to inspire and educate others on the importance of leading a fit and healthy lifestyle, as opposed to obtaining health through “quick fix” yo-yo weight loss diets and programs. Brian’s fitness quote is “If you do what you did, you get what you got”, meaning fitness is all about healthy lifestyle changes that last forever.
